How long does a custom PC build take?

Most builds are completed within 5-7 business days from when all parts arrive. Rush builds may be available – contact me to discuss your timeline. I only charge for the actual time to build.

Do you offer warranties?

Yes! All builds include my 30-day workmanship warranty. Individual components carry manufacturer warranties (typically 1-5 years depending on the part).

Can I provide my own parts?

Absolutely! I’m happy to build with parts you’ve purchased. I can also help you source components to get the best performance for your budget.

Do you service or upgrade existing PCs?

Yes! I offer diagnostics, repairs, upgrades, and performance tuning for existing systems. Bring your PC in or contact me for details.

What’s your service area?

I’m based in West Valley City, Utah and serve the greater Northern Utah area including Salt Lake Valley, Utah Valley, Davis and Weber Counties, and surrounding communities.

How much does a custom PC cost?

Budget builds start around $1000, performance gaming PCs typically range from $1,500-$2,500, and premium builds can go higher depending on your needs. Check out my pricing page for more details. At this time due to RAM prices these prices above can be higher.

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept cash, Venmo, and Credit Cards. Payment terms can be discussed when you request a quote.

Do you build for businesses or just individuals?

I mainly do single builds. But contact me to go over options.

What if I have issues after my build is complete?

Contact me immediately! I stand behind my work and will troubleshoot any issues. Most problems are covered under my workmanship warranty or manufacturer warranties.

Can you help me choose the right components?

Definitely! I’ll work with you to understand your needs (gaming, streaming, video editing, etc.) and budget, then recommend the best components for your specific use case.
